3:30pm - 6:30pm Afternoon break (explore town, rest, journal, etc.)

6:30pm Evening appetizers

7:00pm - 8:00pm Dinner

8:00pm - 9:00pm Group/wind down session

All menu items are seasonal and cater to the region we are hosting in.

Breakfast “Buffet style”
Build our own avocado toast, eggs, yogurt, granola, assorted fruits, and coffee…lots of coffee.

Lunch
Cobb salad with white bean/kale/sausage soup

Dinner
Cedar plank roasted salmon with lemon and dill, roasted potatoes, arugula salad with beets, goat cheese and walnuts

* We provide a plethora of snacks throughout the day. Don’t worry, you won’t go hungry on our retreats!
